I had an incredible experience in Obsession Lichfield. Dan gave me a fantastic hair consultation a week prior to my appointment, so kind and knowledgeable. My hair appointment was with Sharon and from start to finish she was amazing. A lovely energy. She knew exactly what I wanted and somehow made it better. I left the salon with shiney beautiful hair and a big smile. Thank you to the team at Obsession 💕

What a brilliant day I had yesterday morning getting my hair done we completely restyled and Liv with absolutely brilliant. We talked it through and discussed what we could do that day and then perhaps what we could do on the next visit to look at the colours. During my visit I also had a complimentary hand and arm massage which was lovely. I also had my eyebrows done in the spa which gave Kiri the opportunity to ask me about how I was getting on with my skincare as she noticed my face was hydrated. This prompted me to tell Kiri and Dee and how I was getting on with the products they recommended.. I brought some more products which I was given samples for on my last visit thank you for a great morning. A special mention to Lena for making me drinks and giving me a gentle head massage. She was welcoming and I noticed how she interacted with other customers and made them feel happy 😊 Jenny

Wonderful experience! Having to change hairdressers is always a daunting experience but I need not have been worried. The team at Obsession are very welcoming and fitted me in as soon as possible after my patch test. Thank you Olivia🫶🏻. You were a life saver after recent hand surgery! Olivia and Kate looked after me so well and the results were amazing!! 🤩 Everything I wanted and more with some great advice from Kate about my prone to frizz hair! 🫶🏻 5 stars to you both! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you too to the lovely apprentice ( so sorry I didn’t catch your name) .
